"For some reason I can't remember now, I was in need of a court reporter and came across Debbie's name.  She has been attending and reporting depositions and transcribing deposition testimony for me since 1997.

    I haven't scheduled a deposition since without calling Debbie first, and very rarely has she not been available, sometimes on short notice or less.  Debbie is a lawyer's ideal reporter.  She gives out her cell number and returns her calls promptly; she asks the right questions to prepare herself, and me, in advance of the deposition and is always the first one to show up and the last one to leave.  Debbie handles all manner o testimony with aplomb, from slow and mumbling to breakneck speed.  She graciously allows both the deponent and me great leeway in talking over one another before she gently sets us straight.  She endures five day depositions with the same detached professionalism as she does a half day.  Debbie juggles messy and multiple exhibits and never misses a number or a document.
